I had taken a mobile protection plan and the mobile got damaged. I raised a claim after 4 days due to a death.. Now claim is rejected bcos the claim is 4 days old.. No humanity.. While giving the inurance plan they were behid the money now when it is coming to giving insurance they ask many things.. Just o stop giving money
Complete cheating of individuals... Hard earned money

We understand your concern however, as per the Terms & Conditions laid down by the Insurance company one needs to inform the handset damage within 48 hours to us. Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has rejected your claim.
We are sorry but we won't be able to help you in this matter. We request you to get your phone repaired from an Authorised Service centre and provide us with the Invoice.
