[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — my account is registered with wrong name and now rejecting my claim | |
I have taken a insurance policy from one assist for my xiome note4. But my name registered as rakesh kumari instead of khushboo kumari due to their executive fault. When i request them to correct my name they said they can’t change my name and i uploaded every document which they want. They said that i can claim in future there will be no issue regarding different name. Or i can send confirmation mail regarding name if required. Now when i arise claim for my phone they took my phone from my address, kept for days and now they said that the claim is rejected by insurance company they can’t do anything.
