One assist is a fraud company. U people just making a fool to customers. When u sell ur insurance then telling him that you repair mobile liquid and damage. And when we send our product for repairing u just reject our claim.And said different types of of excuses. Your Claim has been rejected by the Insurance company basis on the description given by you. The company felt that the damage happened was due to negligence and not due to any accidental force. The incident could have been avoided if you had kept your phone on a safe side for charging in stead of keeping it on the window. Hence, your claim was rejected under the clause of Negligence.
