[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No customer respond, fake company | |||||
I had purchased the extended warranty of one assist at same time when i brought my LED.. At that time agent told me that it's very good insurance company and give very good sevices. From last one month I registerd my complaint, 2 times technician visited but after that no response from any one . All the time they closed the complaint due to rescheduled by Customer. 6-7 times I called customer care but they always say sorry and again planned for technician visit.. I don't know what kind of process they have.. Getting very irritated and panic with their services.. Please understand and resolve my issue..
