I have been trying to reach one assist since past 3 days but no one has been answering my calls.plus i have not been given my refund and infact they have taken extra money from me.i have recorded all th calls from your call centre about refund and all and if they do not contact me in next 24 hours i will be filling a case in court against this fraud company. and will file the case in consumer court, GRO, IRDAI and where ever possible... registered mob no. I am using HDFC Diners credit card. OneAssist automatically debited 1299/- Rs from my credit card without any permission. I dont want OneAssist.Please Refund my money back to my account. For 1299 Smart Emi has been auto generated. which is unacceptable.
