Customer ID: 10890609, Device Claim - Service Request # 8624956 Mu daughter Simran Gurdip Singh Osahan had given her OnePlus 8 Pro in Feb'21 for Repair, as the phone was in Warranty still she was charged Rs. 3, 000.00 for the same, after getting the phone repaired recently she faced display problem & when she showed the handset in One Plus Service Centre Fort Br. they informed that they have replaced the part with Non Genuine part & hence this product being still under warranty the part cannot be changed, we have taken in writing from them I request you to look into this matter very seriously & resolve it amicably so that I don't make any fuss about this My daughter has been asked for Rs. 16, 000.00 if she wants genuine part to be replaced for repairing the phone Was this information helpful? | |
