[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — non receipt of the voucher code for reactivation of my policy which was renewed automatically | |||
I am yet to receive my voucher code to reactivate my policy. Kindly arrange to send it in my mail address as early as possible. Please note i have taken the policy to securing my wallet & bank cards in the year 2014 and since the same is being automatically renewed. This year i have received a sms on 4th november in my registered mobile to reactivate the voucher using the code being sent in my registered mail. But unfortunately the same is not received and i am unable to re actvate. Kindly arrange immidiate compliance. Malay ray Plan - power individual Mail: ray.
