[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — not able to do fresh claim due to pending closure of previous claim no sr#1641944

Dear sir/mam,

Pls see the below screen shot.
My previous claim no sr#1641944 has not been closed since long.

Due to this i am not able to generate the new claim as my mobile has been damaged on 16.09.2017 at around 12:00pm.

Also it is very unfortunate that oneassist call center executives namely "sneha" & "vandana" informed me that they are not able to send sms upon closure of this previous pending claim.

Neither they are able to launch request/complain regarding pending status of my previous complaint no sr#1641944.

In this case if i will not be able to upload documents and generate complaint no for fresh claim who mwill be responsible??

Expactation:

1. One assist must inform me immediately through sms on my registered mobile no [protected] through sms/call about closure of above said claim and allow me at least 48 hours time to raise new complaint after closure of previous pending claim.

You are requested to immediately address the above concern and ensure my expactation must be fulfilled which i believe (Being 48 hours from sorting out of previous pending claim) is very genuien

I have cancel my plan one year ago they have charger and not given money back after one month they said we cannot cancel plan

Again this year i have already cancel my plan then also money deducted from my credit card
