Hi team, one assist is not accepting my complaint as my phone got fell down from my pocket while running, which comes that in accidental damage. So it should ne accept and follow my claim procedure. What is my advantage where i have paid a big amount of ₹2000 approx for total protection plan. Please discuss with team to accept my claim or refund my balance which i paid for subscription.
