[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not Approving My Theft Claim

As Per their last email dated[protected], they had asked following document
1. Replacement Letter : Upload the SIM baring form with respective persons name with sign or send on email of pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in
2. Additional Document2 : Upload the Image govt. id proof of SIM owner with letter stating why the sim is provided to customer with sign and Govt. ID proof, which i had send to their said email id to pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in within the time period dated[protected]. After submitting all the required document they are not approving my Theft Claim.

Kindly do the needful & oblidge.

My Service Request number 1933330 Theft Claim which i made in your company and provided all the desired document to your company. I had called many times in your customer care and even mailed you many time in your [protected]@oneassist.in . But all are in vain.
