[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not Approving My Theft Claim | |||||
As Per their last email dated[protected], they had asked following document 1. Replacement Letter : Upload the SIM baring form with respective persons name with sign or send on email of pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in 2. Additional Document2 : Upload the Image govt. id proof of SIM owner with letter stating why the sim is provided to customer with sign and Govt. ID proof, which i had send to their said email id to pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in within the time period dated[protected]. After submitting all the required document they are not approving my Theft Claim. Kindly do the needful & oblidge. Was this information helpful? | |||||
