[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not approving the claim with the service center | |||||
I have given my "Redmi note 3" mobile for repare 20 days back...Few days back I received the email that my claim has been approved...And I was given the address and contact number of the service center where my mobile was...I have contacted the service center they are saying that my claim has been declined because there was no response from your end...they said that they are having the spare parts now and if they get approval from your end the repair will be completed in one hour...And I even contacted the xiaomi customer care they are claiming that they have not received payment yet...why are you taking soo time I didn't expected this service from your end even after approval of claim you are not responding to the service center... We have received the due date of 14th March 2017 for your claim from service center, your handset will be delivered post 48 working hours after receiving the handset from the service center. Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist.
