I want to close my one assist policy which is automatically activated with my hdfc credit card ending no. 1801. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Please close this policy because this service is activated on my credit card without my consent even i didnot get my credit card yet and charges are deducted from my account. Close this policy and refund my amount 1299₹ otherwise i will take this matter to the consumer court. This is a really bad service from your team...

As per your request, we have cancelled your plan vide service request No. 2029581.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

You have been assuring me since 30/05/2017. I had requested you to cancel this plan which you have implied on me without any prior notification nor i had asked you to do so. I`m very much troubled due to your inconvenience. You had assured me to cancel my plan or refund my amonut on my bank/card. But i don`t see any action against the inconvenience which is caused because of you. So i request you again to cancel and refund my amount of Rs. 1299/- or my emi made cahrges by bank Rs. 100/-.
Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..
Otherwise I will compalint againt in consumer court.

Same happened with me too. Somehow i got it deactivated. But One assist deducted Rs. 650 as cancellation charges. I have lodged a compliant on consumer court both against HDFC and One assist.

Few days back i got a call from HDFC ([protected]), And the executive there said they will refund me within 7 days. Let's see
