I received a message from ICICI bank that amount of Rs. 1399 has been debited from my account for OneAssist mumbai in without my approval and knowledge. I am giving the details of the transaction, please refund the amount asap and cancel my oneassist subscription from now onwards. As per the policy you are not entitled for any refund as the deduction had happened in August 2017 and as per our conditions the complaint should be registered within 30 days.
