[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist charged me for a service i never opted for | |
I just got my first credit card from hdfc bank and during verification of the card i refused to take the oneassist plan. I have sill been charged rs.1399 from my new credit card for a service (Oneassist) i did not opt for. On calling the oneassist customer service, they offered a discount and not a refund! I need a total refund of rs.1399 and cancellation of the oneassist service that i've been pushed into for no reason.
