[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist is a fraud company | |||
One assist is a fraud company i think... I was registered with my number [protected]. They deducted 1799 rupees on date[protected] without any permission from me. My account is in low balance then they 1799 refunded and deducted 200 rupees again without any permission. On[protected].40 rupees deducted my account and refunded 1658.40 and also 200 rupees and same process on[protected].47 rupees deducted from my account and refunded and 200 rupees deducted this time also. I have no information about this what plan they activated for my credit card ending 5746. One assist is a fraud company. I want to refund all my money total 600 rupees. I called customer service they spoke very rudely just like shouting. And they said you give plan for credit card security card ending with 5746. Even i have not activate this credit card and i have not adopt any one assist insurance plan. So i want refund all my money they have deducted without my permission Was this information helpful? | |||

The refund has been processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
