[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist mfee

I have been charged rs. 1399/- from my credit card in the name of one assist mfee without prior communications. I reached them through customer portal to deactivate the service. Then i came to know that they dont have my email id to communicate. Also i have not received any postal letters nor mobile text/email message from them since 2016. Do not have my email, Did not send any postal letters to my address, Did not send any text message regarding renewal, But they have my cc details and can charge me.
