Dear Directors - ONEASSIST, I find myself cheated and during accumulation of more inputs from social world I find it as a big scam of your company to loot the customer money in the name of providing insurance against mobile damage. Kindly prove me wrong to my satisfaction before raising it to next level. I have kept recording of voice call of most of my call with your team which was not satisfactory and I am force to move it to legal to get my rights of being customer. It is becoming matter of rights rather than mere getting claim. In my last 50 days of complain of mobile repairing for water damage under insurance, I have spoken to your team more than 40 times and during speaking with your supervisor Mr Prateek, Mr Vinod, Mr Abhishek who represented themselves as senior committed to resolve and get it addressed within 48 hrs but they never turned up and from next call denied to speak. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE COMMITTED or is a way of cheating customers I just wanted to understand. 1. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS OF MOBILE TO THE SATISFACTION OF ONEASSIST except the STAMP availability on the original invoice( as per shop keeper, since it is a retail invoice they do not keep stamp - mobile number of shop keeper along VAT no is available in the bill for verifying genuinity ) Beside OneASIST also has option of claiming insurance without invoice document incase of no-availability and this option is also not getting addressed to close my complain. (Just enclosing my mobile invoice bill fyip) I am just raising my voice to the senior most officials to understand their approach towards customer and wanted to get my rights reserved.
