Membership id: [protected] Relationship no :2854006 Registered email : [protected]@gmail.com Dear all, In 2017 - i got the oneassit membership as it was compulsory to avail hdfc personal loan. I had no option but to avail the oneassit membership. In 2018 - i had requested for cancellation of membership as i was not using the services. But they denied and convinced me to continue with some refund of 400. And also assured they will be intimating me before the renewal. 2019 - 30th nov - money debited from my card for the renewal of oneassist membership without my consent. How can they do this? Without even asking the customer and taking there approval how can they debit from my card. I need the refund. Even hdfc is equally responsible for this. Was this information helpful? | |
