I have salary account in hdfc bank from last 3month. A call received by me from oneassist on 29november 2019 the sales executive said this is compulsary plan you have to buy this is information call to you that an amount of rs 1899 will be deducted. I said i don't want to buy this plan but he again said you have to buy it is compulsory. I don't give any permission inspite of my non-approval they deducted rs 1899. My a/c no. Is [protected] Registered mobile no. [protected]/[protected] I request you to deactivate this plan and initiate my refund asap otherwise i will lock complaint against you people.
