My wa privilege single plan is auto-activated. I have complained about it to customer helpline number to resolve but it is still pending. This is a kind of customer exploitation. I m not really interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my icici bank. My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it. Kindly refund it as soon as possible and it was charged without any consent.
