[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — oneassist consumer solutions auto renewal of my card without my consent

My wa privilege single plan is auto-activated. I have complained about it to customer helpline number to resolve but it is still pending. This is a kind of customer exploitation. I m not really interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my icici bank.
My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.

Kindly refund it as soon as possible and it was charged without any consent.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3797177. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. However, If membership renewal amount is deducted from your account refund will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
