Dear oneassist, I was charged rs 1399 on my hdfc credit card. Kindly cancel the same immedialtely as i am not using oneassist. I dont even know what oneassist is. I have already emailed to the company and i am yet to get any response. So please treat this as urgent and refund the charges. They are asking me to send from my email registered with them. I dont know what they are talking about. This is my registered email. What bs!!!
