Sir/Madam I have purchased your product from Amazon.in "OneAssist-Prolong 2 Year Extended Warranty for Laptops from Rs 20001 to Rs 25000OneAssist-Prolong 2 Year Extended Warranty for Laptops from Rs 20001 to Rs 25000" this product not activated after number of attempts. On contacting Seller (i.e. Intergral services) through [protected] their executive tells me that time has been barred, they are unable to activate and resolve the issue and advice to contact Amazon for cancellation of order.Further on contacting Amazon customer care, they quoted that bring service deny letter from One Assist/Integral services then go forward for refund. It is therefore requested that kindly look into the matter and provide the same. In anticipating the favorable action from your side.
