[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — pickup done after a month and no courtesy handset | |||
I have made a claim sr#2250717 on aug 18th but the pickup doe on 14th september and they promised for a courtesy handset, it was also not delivered. I made several calls and emails but no response, every time the call center people will escalate your case but nothing will happen at the end They have violated all policies and i am going to file a prl Was this information helpful? | |||
