Hi team, I spoke to one of your customer executive, to cancel my subscription. He was hell bent on me renewing the subscription, inspite of my repeated requests he was not listening to me and i do not believe he would have cancelled my subscription. These type of cheap sale skills is not expected from this company. I request you cancel my subscription with immediate effect and do not want to here from any of your customer care executives.
