Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap My a/c number:[protected] One assist id number: sr[protected] Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I received a call from ICICI Bank (One assist ) in the year 2017 and has just given information about one assist plan after than they activated this plan without my oral or written consent, and on 4.3.2017 I come to know that Rs. 1799/- deducted from my ICICI Saving bank account. This year they automatically renewed plan and Rs. 1899 deducted from my ICICI bank account. I don;t need this plan and actually I have not used any services till today.
Kindly deactivate this plan with immediate effect and refund my money at the earliest.
