Dear sir, i have opted for mi protection plan from one assist and as per the plan if my gets damaged accidentally then one assist is responsible to repair my phone so, to repair or to change damaged screen of my phone i raised a request on 1st of july 2017 and my phone was picked up by 8th of april 2017 and i was been given a request no. Device claim – service request # 2120502. After 15 days i got my unrepaired phone. Stating that insurance company has rejected your claim. Till then i kept patience and tried to stay calm but when i check my ph. There was, phone is not switching on and totally removed body and again i informed them that this has been done. If anyone want to help me then please tell me the way so that i can request some one to take strict action against this company and their employees.
