[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refrigerator - extended warranty

I have buy refrigerator on 20thaug2018, however i am trying to call and activate the warranty extended plan, but all time site is not working while feels all the details, and they are not able to resolve my issue on call, they directly cut the call or transfers to other department where they are not receive the call till 15-20 min, and now they say your plan validity is expire. I want money back or active the plan.
