[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Refund and rejection of complaints | |
I bought a mobile protection plan from Oneassist on the name of my sister as phone was invoiced on her name. Before purchasing the plan I confirmed from oneassist executive about the invoice name and he replied there won't be any problem during claim. On his assurance I bought the plan and now when my phone accidentally broken and I claimed, they rejected my claim saying user is not immediate family member. I raised the issue with concerned team and asked for refund, they are denying refund as well I feel CHEATED!!! Was this information helpful? | |
