[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Reg: complaint about the money deducted even after deactivating the plan | |||
Dear oneassist, My registered mobile number: [protected] I requested a deactivation of my oneassist plan last month and even after few calls with your executives the plan was deactivated. Now the problem is rs.1799 from my account has been deducted on (05th april 2017) from my credit card. I spoke with one executive now and he was saying that the plan is not active so there's no chance of money being getting deducted. Seriously...?
