[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding cancellation of my membership | |||
One assist plan — cancellation and refund (Hdfc credit card no *5578) I took hdfc credit card on 2016 and one assist plan given to me. Now next year when my plan auto renew and money deducted from my credit card i contact them and told to cancel the plan but they didn't do that after confirming. Every year they renew my plan without my permission and without informing me in any manner. I m continuously calling to one assist, but they did not cancelling the service not refund the amount. I want to file case against this fraud company. Please help me deactivating my membership and refund my money asap Was this information helpful? | |||
