My name is sunil naidu, i purchased mobile total protection for your company, my membership id is [protected], my device is vivo v9, When i purchased your insurance, i was told by the promoter that i can get 2 claims in a year, as i successfully claimed at first attempt, now my device got into accidential damage, as i try to claim second time with the service id :- 3776103, i got an reply from your customer care that claim couldnt be complete as they are third party and company is not approving, but at the time of purchase they provided me irrevelant information about the terms of the insurance, as the first claim was the same accidental damage and it was succesfully claimed, i request you to look over the matter and revert back as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
