[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding membership renewal and debit of money from my credit card without my consent

I had called to one assist to cancel my membership. They said it can't be done and money of 1899 was debited from my account without my consent. Please make sure that i don't want these kind of membership in future and want full refund of my money. I had alredy mailed to my bank 2 days before my money got debited but there is no reply from them.

Updated by Anurag31 I got the call from one assist and they told like my membership is cancelled and i will get full refund in a week. Still its around 10 days gone and i had not been refunded.
