[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — rejected claim for damaged screen of handset | |
I have purchased Redmi Note 4 with 1000rs protection plan which is provided by oneassist. when I was listening music my phone was just fallen down from my hand by mistake and screen was cracked. So i raised claim to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim after 2 week of time wast the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - Loss or damage caused by wilful negligence, Improper handling (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)".
