Hi, My membership id is [protected]. I lost my mobile on 12th july from chennai airport. I have raised my claim in one assist portal. For past one month they are harassing me by asking different types of documents. Finally they asked for written police complain, and i have provided that. Now they are still asking for the written police complain document again, which i have provided. I have provided almost 10 documents asked by them.
