[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — rejecting my valid claim again and again

Hi,

My membership id is [protected].
I lost my mobile on 12th july from chennai airport.
I have raised my claim in one assist portal.
For past one month they are harassing me by asking different types of documents.
Finally they asked for written police complain, and i have provided that.
Now they are still asking for the written police complain document again, which i have provided.
I have provided almost 10 documents asked by them. Service request no. 4417892

Updated by Rajsekhar Chatterjee police saying they wont provide FIR. They can only provide CSR for this mobile. In this case will I not get the insurance claim ? That means there is no use of this insurance provided by one assist
