My mobile display has been broken on sep 10 and my claim has been accepted. Today is the 11th day but still the status is showing device repair stage and I received an sms that OneAssist is short of spares. I dont have any other mobile and managing it. If you guys are short of spares, then you should buy and fix it asap. Tell me how am i accountable for that. Please return my mobile asap.
