[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — repair my laptop or give me a new one | |
I have taken a laptop insurance plan. Accidentally my laptop got damaged and i raised the complaint on 12 nov. I have uploaded all documents and till date i do not have a resolution and they only are interested in pointing out flaws. They do not respond. I have sent more than 50 reminders and call and my account also has got locked. One of the worst companies to deal with and completely fraud. No response, no adherence to timelines and very bad attitude. Repair my laptop or give me a new one if you have such pathetic customer service Was this information helpful? | |
