I have taken your one assist policy in 2015 and i have not purchased your product.in 2016 and 2017 it was auto renewed. I found this when i checked my credit card statement for dec 2017. 1899 was debited from my credit card and one assist plan is auto renewed on 15 nov. I have requested for cancellation and refund via call and just received an email on 19 dec 2017 that cancellation is initiated. Try service request / case number - 2678551.
