OneAssist Consumer Solutions — request to deactivate one assist scheme and want refund | |||
Dear sir, I am sadanand gupta, i am not interested to take continue this service with one assist company, so i called many time to the customer care of this company to deactivate this scheme and never want renewal but they denied my request and deducted rs. 1399 from my credit card (Icici) on 28/11/2017 without my information. They had activated this scheme. I can't believe that this is one of the biggest fraud company and totally failure company for customer request.
