[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — requested for cancellation of membership but deducted the payment

I have requested the firm to cancellation of membership vide mail dated: 16.04.2018 and mail confirmation has been received from them that "your request for plan cancellation is under process." and also two-three times, they have spoken with me regarding the same. After that also, it is observed that the payment has been deducted.
Hence, requested to refund the same.
