[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — requested for cancellation of membership but deducted the payment | |
I have requested the firm to cancellation of membership vide mail dated: 16.04.2018 and mail confirmation has been received from them that "your request for plan cancellation is under process." and also two-three times, they have spoken with me regarding the same. After that also, it is observed that the payment has been deducted. Hence, requested to refund the same. Was this information helpful? | |
