I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx1255 on 13nov. On one assist." The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end. Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company. Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately. My credit card no.
