[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — they are not closing the account | |
Hi, I am suryakala. Without knowing to me hdfc credit card has activated one assist and asking to pay the amount. We don't need this service and we called up the hdfc credit card. Now hdfc credit card people say that we have to deactivate this first. When we called customercare of one assit they are idoits. They alwasy try to convence us to keep this service and they don't want to deactivate. When we repeatedly ask them they are disconnecting the call. I have made 2 call and i also have the recording of this calls. I want to move leagally on this. Can anyone help me. Thankyou Suryakala Was this information helpful? | |
