Rs. 2499 was deducted from my hdfc account as auto-renewal fee by oneassist. I wasn't aware of any auto-renewal plan and your organization just randomly charged my card without giving me a proper way to cancel the plan. Kindly cancel the plan and refund my money, i'm submitting a complaint here as there is no clear way of cancelling this on your website. This is highly disappointing.
