Respected sir, I would like to tell you that unauthorized amount 1399 rs has debited from my hdfc credit card against one assist on 8-may-2020. When i called to one assist customer care they did not pick up my call, i am making a call regularly in one assist customer care from 8 may 2020 but they received my call one time on 06-june-2020 and i asked him about unauthorized deduction of 1399rs then they told me this service for protection against fraud then i asked why did you active this service without permission of customers. After that they registered complaint for cancellation of service and i received the message for cancellation of service same day but refund amount did not receive till now. When i am calling to one assist customer care they are not receiving the call. Please take any action against one assist and try to get my amount refund.
