[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorized transaction on credit card

The complaint is on behalf of my wife Neha Priya. She has not even received the credit card wnsing 6607 and 1399 rupees have been deducted on 31.01 at 1.35 PM. Who the hell authorised you to charge money on her credit card? What kind of company are you? I will file a police case against you.

Refund this to me asap!
