I claimed for damage protection from oneassist on june 5, 2018 they picked my damaged device from my home and on june 9, 2018 it was delivered to them (Courier - ecom express, awb no.[protected]. After the time period of 3 days still, they have not taken a step ahead, when i call them they say "on our system, your device is still on pickup stage", really frustrated from this, after 3 days of delivery they do not have any clue about my device, Service request no. 3220608 It is my request to them please be professional in your service and provide a clean service and experience to your customer Please repair my device as soon as possible and send it back to me Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
