[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unrepaired mobile delivered, unethical behaviour | |||||
Dear team I have insurance service with payment of rs. 599 under membership id: [protected] and relationship no : 1365509 from one assist. 21 april 2017 sent a request for damage mobile that insured from your service under claim sr # 1930047. After submitting all document damaged device picked up on dt. 20/may 2017. But after all formalities and payment rs. 314.00 (6 june). June 13 i have received mail for that device is repaired and deliver soon. After 2-3 days i received my device but device is unrepaired condition. I have video recording of this moments. Your team re-lodge my complaint and commit that device picked within week and repair. But after one month no response from one assist. Due to your lazy service i bear a big loss and spent money for purchase new mobile for my daily need of business. Than who will pay my loss and harassment. So do needful urgent.
