[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — very poor service very inconvenient | |||
My service request no. Is 3150333 i have raised a claim on 3/05/2018 and till now no one has picked up my phone i was told that it takes 48hours to pick up my handset and 15days to complete the claim its been 19days and all your verification team has given me is irrelevant reasons to waste my time and verify a very simple thing that my phone slipped from my hand words are not enough to explain my frustration call me. After checking my claim as per what i know if i'm alone on a bike it means i am the one who will be riding the bike it took them 19days just to understand a very simple thing will never use one assist or any services my handset is supposed to be picked up today but i can't wait for another 15days for my phone to be fixed i can get it done in few hours for 1500 i paid 1549 for the insurance and i have taken three days leave from work so that my handset can be picked up i want compensation for wasting my time and all i got in the last 19days is empty promises and sum reasons to waste my time. Check the record you will understand Look forward to hear from at least someone who is human your customer service and verification team is illiterate you guys are cheaters. I want my phone to be fixed asap. I will never recommend one assist to my whole generation ever again you guys have miserably failed to deliver what you promise while selling the insurance instead of providing uninterrupted service you have interrupted my job and you can't do anything about it.
