[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Violation of refund policy | |||
One assist has not refunded my money on wallet protection plan (they asked me for a vocal confirmation which is very unethical way of providing services) as per their refund policy. Instead they gave me discount of Rs.900. I have asked them multiple times to cancel my plan and refund the full amount in my account but they have not given me full refund instead they gave me partial amount and told me that full refund is not possible. Upon consulting them, they told me that either I can cancel my plan with no refund or can keep this plan with a discount of Rs.900. However, it is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions of the refund policy that if the customer does not avails any service and cancel the plan within 30 days of subscription, he/she is liable for 100% refund(attached). And it's been only 1 day since my plan has been activated and I have not used any services and neither I intend to in near future. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and refund my amount of Rs.1899 in my credit card ICICI Bank Was this information helpful? | |||
