My vivo v5 handset got physical damage as i was departing from my cab, my phone was on my lap, and it fell down on the road and all of a sudden a car ran over it. Thus my phone got damaged. The incident happened on 17.09.2017 (Sunday) at 3pm in the afternoon. My service request no. Is 2367043.
