I have never purchased any of the one assist policy or plan from any site or shop. But some amount has been deducted from my icici bank account from last 3 years in the name of renewal even if I had never shared my account details on any of their forms. Recently a deduction of Rs. 1899/- is made from my account. I need all my money back so I called to customer care of cone assist the confirm me the cancellation of the policy but not the refund. I seems like they are stealing money from people by fraud in the name of protecting them from fraud. As the customer care executive said my registered mobile number is as follows: [protected] Satyanarayan Agrawal - I want to be unsubscribed from this product and all my money to be refunded back to my account.
